Where & when does the church meet?

All meetings held at Goleudy Church are cancelled until further notice and that includes our Sunday Service. We have taken this decision to protect our congregation and to follow government recommendations.

We meet at 10.30 on a Sunday Morning, currently at Canolfan Llanystumdwy Village Hall, Llanystumdwy, Criccieth, LL52 0SN. You can see the Hall and its location in the picture below.

Parking: there are limited spaces available on the main road. If you are able to walk please consider using the village car park (on the right as you enter the village) or there is some parking beyond the hall on a side road to the right.

Disabled access is through a door at the rear on the far side of the building - there is an access drive to it but no room to leave a car there.

You can also find us Monday to Saturday at our coffee shop - No.46 which is right at the heart of Criccieth High Street.

What should I expect on Sundays?Criccieth Lighthouse Community Church

You will receive a very warm welcome. There will be around 30mins of lively worship after which there is time for sharing of testimonies and prayer. After the children have left for their groups one of the leaders at the Church will explore a passage or message from The Bible with a chance to respond at the end of the service.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are served after the service where there is plenty of time to meet new people and ask more questions.

What happens to the kids at church?sunday school criccieth

We have a fantastic programme for the kids at the Church for ages 0–12(ish). Children stay with their parents at the start of the service as we worship together. Someone will gather up the children go to their programme in an adjacent room, where they will enjoy refreshments, games, craft and of course the chance to learn more about Jesus.

They will return to church accompanied by their leaders around the time coffee and tea is served. There is a quiet area for little ones who want to stay in the main room during the service and there is also a 'stay and play' creche facility for those who like to blow off a little more steam!
